Welcome to RankQ, a Quantum and AI-powered keyword optimization and SEO platform operated by Quantissential Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the RankQ platform and services.

By accessing or using RankQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use RankQ. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To use RankQ, you must create an account by providing: company name, your name, email address, location (country), address, website URLs, and target keywords. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

RankQ offers four subscription tiers:

Annual billing options are available. New users receive a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed in advance and all fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).

RankQ and all related software, algorithms, content, and materials are owned by Quantissential Technologies Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to process it for providing the Service.

7. Data Usage

We collect and process your company name, email, URLs, customer name, location, address, keywords, payment details, tax information, and other billing-related data to provide the Service. URL and keyword data may be shared with third-party service providers like DataForSEO for analysis purposes. Payment and billing information may be shared with payment gateway providers and financial institutions as required to process transactions.

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RankQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that results will meet your expectations. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantissential Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time as per our Cancellation and Refunds Policy. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
